The suite number is 618. Used to be my doc & I loved him. Getting scripts was like pulling teeth and, back then, the staff was awful. His wife was in charge and was the grumpiest, most bitter seeming person I’ve met.

If I could give 0 stars I would. FRONT DESK STAFF IS HORRIBLE, RUDE, hang up the phone during mid call. They are not flexible at all. Would not forward message to provider. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. The office location is also a hole in the wall. Hope this place closes. Will not be referring my patients here. You just lost yet another patient

Hard to make an appointment. Help desk answering phones are unclear on expectations and we’re not friendly the couple times I tried calling in. Strange process to make an appointment. Called a different health clinic and made appointment right away with no issue. First impression is on the phone and this was not it.

Tried to make an appointment during the time their recording says to call for the “schedulers” between 9-12 and the person who answered said I would need to get a call back when the schedulers are available and I asked if she knew when they would call and she said no, they’ll call when they can. I asked if I called at the wrong time based on the recording and she said no, we just will call you back “sometime.” Very strange process and also not welcoming on the phone.
