I feel like this doctor discriminates against VA referrals, and honestly, I suspect the glowing reviews are bots. Dr. Tsai dismissed my ongoing pain and concerns, told me he doesn’t think I have my diagnosis despite paperwork proving I do, and only told me to “take ibuprofen.” He upped my dosage and didn’t prescribed me my second medication with no explanation and brushed aside my questions entirely. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied, I’ll be switching to a doctor who actually listens and cares.
I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Tsai. No wonder he is rightly regarded! His advice was practical, his treatment plan based on his scientific expertise, and his explanation clear and concise. I highly recommend him and his pleasant, professional staff.
