I have had PA for 25 years and am a new patient of Dr Mosbacker. He is very knowledgeable and has been very proactive in my care which I appreciate. Most doctors want you to come back over and over before trying a new approach. The office staff has been very helpful as well. Thank you for making my life a little better already!
My mother with crippling arthritis, who traveled 120 miles each appointment, was turned away three times in a row because "she was not scheduled as a new patient". I asked the office manager how she and Dr. Mosbacker can condone the four month delay in treatment due to office mistakes. She said the doctor never works past three oclock and they do not turn people away. I found that ironic considering this was our third time to be turned away due to their clerical mistakes. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The previous review mentioned the so called "Office Manager". The office staff are all very rude. The doctors put in policies that you cannot change doctors, medication mangement and basically anything that affect the doctors. The staff are all unskilled with no education, the doctors hire these people at minimum wage and put in policies in attempt for them to replace nursing staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Mosbacker for several years and have never had a problem being seen. I apprieciate the fact that as long as you show up on time for your scheduled appointments you never have to wait, they call you in at 9 if your appt is at 9. I dont have time to waste sitting in a Drs office waiting to be seen, so the scheduleing procedures they use are very efficient in my opinion. TVKITTY
I have been Dr. Mosbackers patient for many years .. the office staff/reception is a nightmare but I continue going to Dr. Mosbacker because he is a great Doctor for me and there are 2 of his nurses that really seem to care about how I feel. Thank you Dr. Mosbacker! Please get some help up front.
