This office has been caring, courteous, and professional for the last 3 years. Dr. Greear and staff have helped me so much. I am blessed to have been referred here by my primary care pprovider. From the reception and checkout to the lab and pharmaceutical coordinator, I have been given wonderful care.
I can see now why they have a 3.4 rating. My daughter was sent here for possible RA. She’s 24 and we saw Dr. Greere who is knew to the area. I was shocked at how young and beautiful she was and told her that. Not meaning any disrespect or trying to discredit her as a specialist at all and after 1 appt, she dropped my daughter from her service. Not to mention she was rude and didn’t like all my questions. Imagine being 9 minutes late and their sign says if you’re 15 mins late you will be rescheduled so the lady stayed on the phone and proclaimed I was way over my appointment time. Numerous bad reviews do not lie. Looks like they need to clean house!
