Been going here for years. Recently there have many quit. When I went for my appointment yesterday it was like No one knew what they were doing. Never so disappointed. Lab girl was and is the best.
First visit was ok with Doctor Morris he did testing. my second visit was with the female she said that my blood work was fine! since my doctor took it last. I got a copy it is not completely fine? Also no diagnosis just maybe a MRI and see a orthopedic doctor who is who sent me to arthritis.also my neurology and pulmonary are treating me. my collarbone has been so unbearable since 20 the nuclear medicine bone scan report says patch arthritis in 3 places she said two? I hate doing this but I have to. Dr. Greear is amazing but their office staff is TERRIBLE. She switched my medicines for my RA which is a terrible process. She told me to call her if I needed anything at all, that I shouldn't be in pain to let her know asap. I called their office multiple times with no response. I've been seeing her for 3 months and I call to leave a message, (which is the only option to reach someone) and no call back.
It's a busy place so parking can be tough if you're disabled. I see Dr. Greear there and she's great. She really listens if you have questions or concerns. She doesn't get upset or defensive which is unlike many Dr's these days. The office staff have always been super friendly and helpful as well.
