I hate doing this but I have to. Dr. Greear is amazing but their office staff is TERRIBLE. She switched my medicines for my RA which is a terrible process. She told me to call her if I needed anything at all, that I shouldn't be in pain to let her know asap. I called their office multiple times with no response. I've been seeing her for 3 months and I call to leave a message, (which is the only option to reach someone) and no call back.
It's a busy place so parking can be tough if you're disabled. I see Dr. Greear there and she's great. She really listens if you have questions or concerns. She doesn't get upset or defensive which is unlike many Dr's these days. The office staff have always been super friendly and helpful as well.

The staff & the nurses and everyone is just so friendly and wonderful!!! I get the help that I need the Doctor I see is Awesome ☺️ thank you everyone that's Arthritis Associates of Kingsport you're all doing a great job
I've been going here for a few years now and I always get the best care from the doctor's and nurses. The office staff are also excellent and very helpful , friendly. Only place to take my blood on the first stick !
