My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Abirl's Office in February. I have been calling to check on the status of my referral and always the clerk will say, we need more information, then they needed me to do lab work. I did that over a month ago, so I called Friday and spoke to the referral clerk Katie. She was very rude from the minute she picked up the phone. For 20 yrs. I went through "flare-ups" of Psoriatic Arthritis, feeling like I was catching the flu, different times and with no real pattern, happening at least 4 times a year. Other doctors told me it was all in my head. After extensive testing Dr.Abril finally put a name to my suffering. Thank you!
