Front desk girls were rude, and had such a horrible attitude. My paperwork was filled out at home, as they mail new patient forms to your home. Yet, still expected to arrive early makes no sense at all. 15 minutes prior to your arrival is understandable, but 30 minutes.... Ridiculous! Additionally, when checking in, I was asked to fill out emergency contact, preferred pharmacy information, and a couple of other items of which were all filled out on new patient forms that were mailed to me. I love Dr. Wickersham. He is very perfessional, has a good manner in working with patients, and follows through in searching for a diagnosis or a medication that helps with your problem. The staff is wonderful. The lab is so professional and kind in working with you.
The front desk staff, lab staff and check out staff are polite and helpful. There are a lot of doctors and patients so sometimes there is a wait. My physician, Dr. Zuniga helped answer a lot of questions when no one could or would.
Dr Roldan is dr oz of rheumatolgy!! if you are looking for a very caring Dr for your symptoms of arthritis see him! He will treat you at the most healthiest way!,
They give u an appt. time, but still expect u 2 get there 15 min. earlier just so u can wait over 1 hr 2 get a room then wait another 30 b4 u c ur doc. U can only c the doc 4 a total of 15 min. Anything after that is 2 bad so sad, the doc will walk out while u r still talking!!! The billing department is a huge disorganised mess. They have no clue what they r doing and dont seem 2 like returning phone calls.
Dr. Roldan is caring & never makes me feel rushed. Everytime I have called the office, he has returned the call himself. I couldn't be happier.
If you need to ask the doctor a question, you'd better call three days before you need an answer because the nurse gets in no hurry to return calls. On a positive note Dr. Roldan is very cautious in treatment and personable.
