Dr. Clements was very nice but her nurse Yvette was rude and nasty. The nurse left me several voice messages which I did not receive until a few days later. Then I called every day for almost a week and left several messages and she never called back. I had to go through the office manager to get to the nurse. Mind you I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Dr. Philippe Saxe has by my Rheumatologist since early 2006. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable are just 3 of the positive adjectives I’d use to describe Dr. Saxe. He has helped me navigate the last 20 years of my life living with my health issues. I can’t appreciate him, and AA of SFL, enough. Thank you, Dr. Saxe.
