Today was my first visit with the clinic and when I walked in the staff was professional and welcoming and kind and friendly I was checked in and I did not weigh more than 15 minutes until I was called back to see the doctor. They were thorough and I was so encouraged about the visit. The doctor was attentive. He listened to what I had to say. I have been a patient at Arthritis and Rheumatology Specialists for 5 yrs now and have nothing but positive things to say. The office staff are very polite and professional. Dr. Mustafa is a very talented, kind and patient doctor. Kara and Alex are also wonderful, very intelligent and really do seem to care about their patients. I am very thankful to have found such a great group of practitioners.
Dr Mustafa is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Having multiple diagnosis' and treatments he explained everything in detail so I understood. Because I've seen several rheumatologist over the years, I truly recommend Dr. Mustafa above all to anyone with arthritis issues. I have a bit of an issue with the staff, however. The front office staff was not friendly nor did they smile or look at me. The medical assistant that took my vitals had a very soft voice and asked questions facing the computer and not me. I had a great experience during my visit. I REALLY like Dr. Mustafa. Even in the short time I spent with him, he was extremely thorough. I didn’t feel like I was a number in a revolving door. He asked thoughtful questions, performed multiple evaluations, and was honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. Most importantly, he genuinely seemed to care and made it clear he intends to fully explore every aspect needed to get answers. Amazing Doctors and PAs! The staff and Doctors are extremely caring and compassionate. I spent over an hour with Alexandra Kuhn,PA and she listened to all of my problems new and old to help alleviate symptoms of my autoimmune issues. From the front desk to intake by the MAs everyone is kind and efficient making sure that you are seen quickly without much wait time and that you are actually taken care of.
