I am trying to get my history from his office. I am dying. My daughter asked for it , she works at a medical clinic. His office sent one letter from 2023. Email me my history! I paid you thousands of dollars as my specialist!

Very upset about my appointments with Dr Teichtahl. He has been a long term doctor for my grandma (who passed a year ago) and my aunt who both have rheumatoid arthritis. I waited months for an appt and hoped he would give me some answers. He did blood work and scans that all came back normal. Told me to do some exercise physiology (I have done this in the past and it did not help). He completely ignored my request to look into EDS. Dr Boulos came across as condescending and didn't really listen to my issues, instead jumping to a very fast conclusion. Then charged over $250 for a 17mn follow up phone call. My issues haven't been resolved and I will be seeking a second opinion. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Avoid this place all they care about is money, I have previously be seen by Dr Ko and because i cancelled one appointment on the day due to her wanting me to get a scan done first before coming back she refused to see me again. the reception lady was a nasty person and told me to go somewhere else. I paid over $500 in visits for 5 min appointments and no outcome.
