Very disappointed with Andrew Teichtahl. I had waited months to see him and finally the day arrived. Almost $500 and a 5 minute consultation later I was dismissed as "probably tired because I think you have sleep apnea". I cancelled my follow up appointment immediately. I couldn't have been more upset. 4 months later in June my GP and I both received a letter from him dated February advising that I needed a follow up as some significant issues had been found in the blood tests he had ordered. Professor Teichtahl is an exceptional rheumatologist. He is extremely knowledgeable and always gives really good advice and treatment. He goes above and beyond to care for his patients.
Dr Boulos only seems to care about his patients while he is making money from them. When I recently moved and needed my patient records multiple phone calls and emails were ignored. This is a poor practice I would not recommend.
Dr Sutu has been fantastic - he took the time to really go through what I was experiencing, and came up with a plan of treatment that was optimistic but didn't over promise. I felt listened to and respected. I look forward to dealing with him in the future.
Friendly staff and welcoming clinic. Highly recommend Dr Louisa Chou. She literally.saved my life and through her due diligence, within 2 viisits, led me to finding a rare disease I had, which had been misdiagnosed by many other other health professionals for over a decade. She is extremely.efficient and evidently loves what she does. She went above and beyond to help me and has a friendly, caring nature as well. Forever grateful.
