Fantastic doctor, however, staff is constantly changing, the office does not return calls or messages, and increasingly difficult to get basic care.
While I personally like Dr. Bakshi, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone due to the horrendous wait times, disjointed staffing, and complete lack of communication. Patient portals, messages, phone calls, medication refill requests, etc all go completely unanswered. Wait time is always at least one hour, commonly 1.5; and I once walked into her office, saw the full waiting room, and rebooked immediately because it would have easily been 2 hours of waiting. Dr. Bakshi is a very thourough Dr. and I'm very happy with the care she and her wonderful staff provided.
Waited for over 2 hours and was never seen. I was told that she really cares about her patients. I wouldnt know no one told me it could be that long of a wait to not even see anyone. If they had i could have planned for it.
Always caring physician who he’s the extra mile to research new techniques and pharmaceutical options to deal with the growing number of challenges facing me. High praise!
