Ravyn was absolutely perfect. She was kind, empathetic, informative, detailed, and best of all, took a little extra time to just listen. Their office staff was also awesome. I highly recommend Arthritis and Osteo Assoc!
Under absolutely NO circumstances would I ever recommend Dr. Liu. He talks way too fast, and will interrupt you. This office also made a terrible error in my records that got submitted to disability. They wrote in my records: The claimant presented with a wheelchair at a recent April 2025 treatment, indicating that she had begun to start using it a few months prior. Outdated, frustrating experience — steer clear if possible I was referred here by my PCP and really tried to give it a fair shot, but this office is incredibly outdated and disorganized. It took weeks for them to mail me the new patient paperwork. Paperwork that, by the way, is apparently required in hand on the day of your appointment or you’ll be rescheduled. Before I even received the paperwork, I got a voicemail warning that I could lose my appointment if I didn’t call back by a certain date to confirm the appointment. W... read more
I love Dr. Lui! He takes times to listen to all of your concerns. He gives a summary of your visit with suggestions on how to ease pain. Great place glad my PCP sent me here.
Worst experience ever they set up appointment but if your Hispanic be ready to be seen to last.. waited over an hour while 20 other people who came in long after were seen first. Yes they were white!!!!!!!!
