Dr and staff were great
First time patient was a wonderful experience, all the way from check in to check out, really good dr.
I come from 3 hours 1 way outa town to see Dr.The office staff was always really nice to single a few out Jade,Jenny,the other girl I couldn’t remember. Well I decided I wanna visit the doctor here and there for checkups and receive my infusion from a closer location. Well then the doctor basically rejected me after a few months. I called asking for my scrip what I have to do to get transferred to another location when I can’t get it prescribed since I was being rejected. Well that was the first time they never responded. I love Dr. Nercessian. He listens to what I have to say. He takes his time and never seems rushed.The office staff is pleasant and professional.They are always concerned about not only my issues that are related to the visit, but also my overall well being. I also appreciate that I can get my blood drawn in the office.
