I don't recommend this place. 2-3 months for an appointment is a joke and questionable charges for those with HMO plans
Customer service Rep DOES not answer the phone unless you call over 20x. Very unprofessional as you are dealing with people who are in the need of help. Never should you be open and not answering phones! It is your job and if you don’t like it then let someone know but people are in the need of help and no one is answering.
