Extremely rude, clueless, inconsiderate and bias judge! He constantly yells and insults without paying attention to the important and serious matters at hand. He is cold with no compassion and no heart and does not care one bit about children! There is nothing honorable about this judge!
He actually referred to a child as chattel. He constantly yells at people and tells them to shut up. He tries to lead people to say things they do not mean on the record. For instance: Arth: "So you"re saying the dog is red." Pro Se: "No, there wasn't a dog, it was a bird and it was grey." Arth, yelling and pointing: " Shut-up. I just want a yes or no!" very rude and Raciest I went without lawyer and I was pushed to the side and never given chance to speak I totally agree that he is Cold, impersonal and much more interested in protecting revenue for lawyers than a person and their rights.
