#1 asked for the managers name... (therapists refused) #2 looked for displayed licenses (none displayed) #3 customer was "shorted" 20 minutes on my time (when a "member" walked in because evidently "members" get to have multiple therapists serve them like a brothel) and he was forced to pay for the time he did not received by the lady at the desk threatening to call the police (after he tried to explain its not a police matter but a civil matter, the police swarmed the place and couldn't believe this woman made such an event... read more
