We had a great experience working with Sarah and the Artex Group! She was extremely helpful with our design and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. Communication was great throughout the entire process. She was responsive, clear, and easy to work with. The final patches turned out amazing with excellent quality and clean stitching. We’re really happy with how they came out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for custom patches.
My department was in the process of finding a place to produce new patches. We had some design ideas, but nothing concrete. I got a hold Sarah at Artex and she was nothing short of amazing. From the communication to the design it was so easy. The production time was also great. If we ever need patches again we are definitely going to use Artex again. I will also be referring anyone who asks!!!
