I have had an excellent experience with Artex Group. This was my first time using them. I received my custom patches this morning. I was working with other vendors on a new 100th anniversary patch for our department but wasn't having a great experience. Then I found Artex and I'm glad I did. I worked with Sarah Nix on a few concepts for our shoulder patch and a memorial patch. Sarah was thorough and prompt. Artwork on the patch was second to none and I've received a ton of great feedback on the design. I would recommend using Artex if your agency is looking to design a new patch.
