Please read this before renting at Artessa Greystar apartments! This is the most awful luxury apartment in Texas. They have new management every 1-2 months, so any promises or changes they promise, they will NOT honor. We lived in Artessa for 16-months and it was miserable. They have about 30-40 roaches in the kitchen no matter how clean your apartment is, but promise to come every Tuesday to spray, yet with new management every couple of months that is not honored.
