Greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and none pushy assistant Bethany. Not rushing us, answering all questions we asked and happily showed us every hot tub. Did we buy, yes.
Brilliant service from Artesian spas, from Sean in the showroom to Kieran on install, we had a minor issue prior to delivery but it was dealt with admirably, you can tell how good a company is by the way they deal with problems and we are totally satisfied with how Artesian dealt with ours, the Hot tub is great but the overall service has been amazing A big thankyou to the whole team
Absolutely delighted with the team at Artesian Spas. We met Sean at the showroom, he wasn't pushy at all and let us decide on what was best for us, however, he gave fabulous advice and really knew his stuff. We decided there and then we wanted a hot tub from Artesian. Spoke to Sarah on the telephone regarding payment, delivery etc, she was so helpful and happy to help with questions. Purchased a Pelican Bay around 4 months ago and I cannot fault the staff or service from Artesian. Right throughout the buying process they have answered all my queries and questions. Even since I have contacted them for advice and they are more than happy to provide it. Reclining in my new beauty is now my favourite thing to do, with a glass of fizz in hand. Amazing all round.
