I purchased my PACE hot tub a few mths back from Wade. He answered all of my questions and handled all of the paperwork and went over and above to the point I could keep my hot tub stored there for about 4 months, until I was ready for delivery. The four guys who delivered it were absolutely the best! Jaime, Jarrad, Derek and Austin delivered it and answered all of my questions and were very professional. What a great group of guys! Keith from Artesian deserves 5 stars He was so patient with my questions and did such an amazing job in Pool School. Even gave me his cell phone number to call him any time I have questions. Keith is definitely an asset to Artesian pools
Artesian is a family owned and operated business. They were wonderful and only wanted to please me. They explained everything as I had a bad experience when I had to have my pool remodeled in the past. If ever I have to do this over again (hopefully not), I will only call Artesian Pools & Spas.
