Unfortunately, we had to fire Artesian Pools last week due to negligence and waste. Their service technician left the pool on backwash after servicing it which drained the water from our pool. Furthermore, a leak that was temporarily fixed several years ago was never permanently fixed causing so much waste of water. I would not recommend using Artesian Pools.

The Artesian Pool process was seamless from the initial consultation meeting, to design, and thru the construction completion. The team was communicative during all phases of this project and managed a clean construction site. We have constructed several pools over the years, and we can state that Artesian did a fantastic job with our pool.

I’ve now had two separate pools Constructed by artesian. The end product is amazing!
