I’ve been a DSP for years and artesian homes is the best group home I have ever worked for, they are extremely professional they care about their staff and most importantly they care about the people they serve. I wish that every group home in Minnesota would take notes on Artesian homes but having a real passion to serve the vulnerable can’t be faked. Pays terrible for more work than is needed. Upon being hired i wasn't informed that the house i was working in had a B word for a house manager. I was getting in trouble constantly for doing my job. And when I couldn't find a ride to work and asked a coworker I also got in trouble for that. I highly do not recommend you send your loved ones to this facility as they don't care about anything besides money. It's nothing but drama in those houses and you'll be accused of being the one starting it because they play favorites.
