Artesian built our pool, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen area in 2017. The design was the best we were presented from numerous pool designers/builders. The process was rather standard, and Greg was available to answer questions and provide updates. The only major concern we have with the construction was their suggestion to use chlorine over salt, and the location and size of our equipment pad, which ate up a majority of the space that was left in our backyard. We were extremely happy with our experience with Greg and Artesian Pools. He worked with us patiently during the design phase and they did a superb job on the overall project.
It is a very busy season for pool builders in 2021, however, I would expect a reply of some sort from a company when you reach out to them for services, especially a purchase this size. After filling out their contact page and calling them to leave a message, I have yet to hear anything from them - multiple weeks after the fact. I hear that Artesian is a smaller builder and picks their projects, not taking all requests. Again, that's fine, but let your potential customers know where they stand at least.
We absolutely LOVE our pool, patio and outdoor kitchen area. The design exceeded our expectation and made me fall in love with my house all over again. This is our favorite area of our home now and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Greg was wonderful to work with. His attention to detail and knowledge is very impressive and he was a pleasure to work with. We would HIGHLY recommend him, especially over the big production pool companies!
