My mom and I drove from Arkansas to take care of my Nana, we took her to her regular Dr to show her the labs y'all did on my Nana. Her Dr read that she was in heart failure when she visited y'all but yet y'all just sent her home to pretty much die!! Had it not been for us coming to take care of her she would've died!!!!! Took my 1 yr old here 5/18 and it was a JOKE! The nurse Adriana (I believe was her name) tried to mom shame me over Tylenol/ibuprofen. She could have taken that opportunity to teach someone but instead was rude about it. I brought him in for fever, dehydration and body aches that he had been having for 2 days and they DID NOT run any test on him either…. They said he had something viral going on but did offer to do any type of testing. They did give him some fluids and then sent us home… But they sent us home without checkin... read more
