Artesia Ford is the best. From salesmen to their service department, they are professional and always give the best customer service. They truly care about their customers and always greet you by name...that definitely makes one feel as a valued customer. So worth the drive
I can't say enough good things about the amazing service we received at this shop! Our turbo blew on our truck while we were 7 hours away from home, and we were really stuck. The general manager, along with the entire team, went above and beyond to help us out in what was a stressful and difficult situation. Spent 6 hours here today for service truck f -250 ,2500. I stopped in Roswell prior and they scanned it for free in 5 min, here after 6 hours and a bill and whole other mess.Everything they did in 5 min in Roswell took 6 hrs and assured me it was safe to drive with documentation. Sure hope you guys make it right this how I make a living. Couldn’t even roll up windows. For the people by the people. Black out on highway 15 mins down road. Blessings
