Lived here 2 1/2 years. We are owners, not renters or snowbirds!!! Very run down. The furniture in the entryway is old, worn, and is tearing at the stitching. Hallway carpeting is worn needs to be replaced, Needs new updated paint. Light fixtures need replaced in the hallways and garage (Dark areas), some burned out and definitely electrical hazard! Security lights have the glass broken out, some not working. Parking in the garage is horrible. There are cars parked in the garage that don't belong or live here, and, in spaces... read more
