I would highly recommend staying away from Artesana. Our rug cleaning was delayed by 6 weeks. Each time we called the owner we were assured the rug would come the following week to no avail. When we came to pick up the rug the owner insisted he had sent communications about the status of the rug that we had never received. We asked for discount in light of the delay and he told us that the initial price was $200 dollars more than he quoted us and that he had already given us a discount (he never told us any of this prior).
