I purchased a home from Artesa in Waukee in 2016. Their quality is fantastic. Since buying that home we have lived in numerous other states and my wife and I often wish we could have moved our Iowa house with us! They honored their warranty and were a pleasure to deal with.
Artesa Homes is a quality builder, with an amazing level of finish and detail. Bill and Michele are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with my Artesa home. Thanks Bill and Michele for building my dream house!
Bill and Michele take the time to cover the details on their construction. Perhaps it's the whole home humidifier, the heated bathroom floors, the extra room for a fourth car in the garage, the concrete board as opposed to cheap siding, high quality mechanicals, or a water sprinkler system that covers 100% of the yard.
