HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I cannot begin to convey the 'treatment' I received. Apt was for port placement for chemo treatment. Almost everyone that I had contact with that day was very unprofessional. Starting with the Dr. Gutierrez who asked me to sign ICF without explaining procedure (later getting upset because I asked questions). Following with RN who seemed bothered to be there, but the tech in the surgical room was beyond unprofessional. Once I was in surgical room I waited for Dr. Anekwe to arrive for about 40 minutes.
