I have gone to this Office for a few months . An error was made when filling my claims to the insurance. I was yelled at , humiliated in front of other patients . When I tried to file a complaint , The officemanager treated me just as disrespectful. I am working g to resolved my issue with my insurance. The amount the Dris billing me is incorrect so I am appealing it . They were so rude and nasty and would not let me finish a sentence
I have never been to such an incompetent place. I started being seen in Oct, they recommended support hose, but had none to buy. In Feb I was suppose to have an ablation. I had never seen a doctor in all of that time. I was prescribed pain killers in Jan by the NP and I checked to see what they were. They were not to be subscribed to anyone with COPD or Astma. I have both. They were not to be given if the patient was taking histamines, I take 5. I did not take them and was amazed they had not read my history. When I... read more
