My opinion based on my interaction(s) with this office: The doctor himself is really kind and genuine at first. His staff is young and self-righteous. They think you owe them a living and they are doing you a favor. They are extremely in love with themselves, and talk down to patients on the phone. Dr. Artemus J. Cox III, MD is truly one of my favorite people on this earth. The fact that he does not have a full 5-star rating is surprising to me, because my experience with him and his entire team was absolutely exceptional. He is the best of the best—professional, down-to-earth, friendly, respectful, and without question has the BEST bedside manner of any surgeon I have ever encountered. Was told Dr Cox was the best, worst experience. My nose looks worse than before surgery. I still cannot breathe good and my nose still pulls to the left and is not straight. It had been 2 years and I'm so disappointed in the time for healing and the results of his work.
