DISAPPOINTED the old lady that works there was sooo rude to me! I wanted to buy all of these dresses that I’ve tried on on Saturday, but when I wanted to return a $13 ring, she wouldn’t accept a the exchange. Doesn’t make sense!! I’m willing to spend $500 but you wont satisfy your customer??!? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .. that’s how you lose paying customers.
CAREFUL: THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND EXCHANGE/RETURN IS ONLY STORE CREDIT. I used to love coming to this store and used to bring lots of friends to show it to them. Sadly I will not be coming back. The one time I wanted to return something, the owner pointed at this tiny frame with a scribbled note by the counter saying they don’t do refunds. I went there with my colleague during our lunch break. The staff was incredibly rude. Not only was she not helpful, when my colleague asked if "earrings are on sale", she said it twice "It's only $20.99; it's not like it's a lot of money". What kind of salespeople talk to their customers like that? She was also very rude at telling me to not spill coffee on her dresses (I didn't and I didn't need a babysitter), while she could've communicated in a way kinder way. Absolutely will not be supporting this business, they body-shamed my friend when they visited their main street store - seems like others reviewers have had similar experiences (which the business then has the audacity to deny) so this appears to be a pattern of behaviour that they refuse to take accountability for. This business disgusts me - the lack of diverse bodies and people in their marketing is clearly telling of the type of demographic they'd prefer in their stores (skinny yt girls).
