Very professional, caring, facility is spotless. They took care of my dog with dignity.
They were very kind and helpful in a difficult situation.
Took Callie in because she was having difficulty walking and with balance and I believed she'd been attracted by another cat. 1st, they don't let owners come in, which I did not like. Then after no more than 5-8 minutes inside at doctor called my cell to tell me she had a puncture wound on her front paw, when I asked about her hind legs as she was unable to walk I was told she was "feisty" and would "let" him examine her past her stomach. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. They have very knowledgeable techs who care and listen. The office itself is very bright and comfortable. They were wonderful with us when we had to put one of our cats down and gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. It’s a tough time in vet care right now and I am more than pleased with Artemis and will use them as my primary vet service.
was the only er style vet open in the area so i had to go here. INSANELY expensive just for them to look at my cat and tell me he’s sick. their information was useless and a waste of my money. my cat was still sick 24 hours after so i took him to a vet in Alexandria. they said he had worms and they were EXTREMELY confused as to how artemis couldn’t identify that by just looking at him. i would not recommend this place as an er vet. never going back here. thank you.
