Excellent service! As I’ve never shopped here before I was asking a big favour of them to identify if a pearl I bought was worth anything. The owner had a look at it and told me everything I needed to know. What service! I was also very impressed by how kind the 2 staff members were when I first contacted them and went into the store. I’m I’m very happy with everything and would def shop here when I’m in need of some beautiful jewelry.

We contacted several jewellers to make a custom memorial bracelet, for my mom because her wrist is very small. Lionel was the only one who was interested in working with us. The bracelet he made is truly a stunning piece. He took time out to meet with us and truly went above and beyond. I can’t say enough positive about our experience start to finish. Absolutely beautiful work. Thank you.

Took a ring to get sized and the guy gave us so much info and help. I will be doing my jewlery shopping there from now on for sure. Highly recommended
