Dr. Artem Kaplan is an excellent doctor. He listened carefully, performed a thorough exam, ordered the appropriate tests, and clearly explained the results. In just one visit, I understood what was wrong. The staff was kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and the team at the Gramercy Park office.
I had some tests done here but it is absolutely impossible to schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Kaplan. His staff doesn’t return calls and cancels your appointments without telling you. After being exasperated with this practice for months on end I have decided to see another doctor and am getting all my medical records transferred.
It’s impossible to get an appointment. His staff refuses to answer the phone or call you back.
Dr Kaplan is amazing doctor and office is really nice, wait time is decent and they always call to remind you about appointments. However its IMPOSSIBLE to reach the office. Office hour are 10-5pm, but somehow whenever I call 10:30 phones are off and 4:30 they already on voicemail that office is closed. I’ve been waiting for my prescription for almost 3 months now! First front desk left a note for NP to change my pharmacy, 2 weeks after NP had no idea what Im talking about. Now its been 2-3 weeks since my last call to NP and... read more
