We had a great experience with Artelia, more specifically with Maria who supported me with getting a beautiful ring in short notice and later on helped us with resizing it. Maria is very attentive and has sharp customer service skills. My fiance was impressed with the ring and the shop (when we came back to pick up the resized ring, there was a musician playing the harp!!!).
I can’t recommend Artelia enough. Having gone to a few engagement ring consultations with other places, I decided Artelia was the place to go with. I felt so comfortable with Maria and Roberto, they are both so friendly and knowledgable with so much experience.
