Best jewellery and diamond shop in Melbourne. Maria is amazing — incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — and Rob is just as wonderful. The customer service is truly fantastic. My pair of diamond earrings was checked and assessed well beyond expectations, with great care and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I am so pleased to have found the lovely Maria and Roberto at their beautiful store, Artelia. Maria was so helpful and patient when assisting us to choose the right piece. Nothing was too much trouble. Roberto then made sure that the piece was ready for collection to be worn on Christmas Day. This was such a nice surprise, as there was very little turnaround time. And the final touch - all gift wrapped up with the spritz of Chanel No 5! Thankyou Maria and Roberto, we are so happy to highly recommend Artelia!
