Worst customer service ever. Literally paid for a movie didn't see it and left without a refund the service was so bad, train your employees literally they all look miserable and like they hate their job
There is no going back to a standard theater after XD 3D and Luxury Loungers
The new seats are awesome!!! Felt like I was at home watching a movie!
My first experience since the remodeling. I enjoyed the seating, the Popcorn is delicious. Theater I was in needed cleaning, popcorn all over the floor blocking our seats. I also realize it was a Holiday an they were busy. I/We will return very soon.
Probably one of the best theaters in town! The lazy boy style chairs are comfy! Concessions are interesting but I think they were training people! Great movies and spacious seats with leg room! Lie back and relax! Cinemark doing it right!
My 1st time here and I loved it! The recliner seats with feet rest gives you the feeling of being snuggled up on your own couch at home watching a movie on a ginormous screen! Would definitely visit again once I'm in Orlando ��
