Worst employer ever! Management staff are lazy and “high school” maturity. Constant change over with staff due to the lack of interest by the ED. Residents are at a loss and feel there is no one listening to them about their concerns. Business office manager is completely lazy, never responds to the residents about their billing concerns. They put on a good show to get people to move in and after that, the residents are purely a dollar sign.
Artegan is an awful employer. The management does everything possible to keep the employees from being able to contact owners regarding nepotism and other favoritism behavior. Spineless Directors and a Lying email fraudulent Activity Director named Taylor. This is a place where the owners and the management ruins a really good crew.
