Called on Wednesday and I knew as soon as the person at reception answered the phone that I wasn't going to get a call back. No stress, took my business elsewhere. Found a perfect calacatta slab
Took $275 from us for air freight (a ridiculously expensive tap, from Italy) and then both didn’t ship the item or offer a refund on the payment. Cowboys.
Worst customer service by Nick.. what a joke!!
The floor tiles we ordered arrived damaged and faulty. Nothing was done about it other than an offer to 'look after us' If we purchased more product in the future. We had to have the product fixed at our own cost, the service was terrible.
