The only way could Review the worst business I've ever had to deal with in my life, was to give them one star and I would give them 0 stars. They outsourced a company to text me multiple times and it cost me money to text them back. and after multiple texts they said they can't cancel my appointment for new service appt. that I cannot afford right now.(406$) Do not do any business with this company or other companies that may be involved with CenturyLink.
The company itself sucks and can’t help with anything. Do not sign up.
License plate 39075 at 1:55PM today driver decided that he really had to make a turn that wasn't even on a green light so he figured that flooring it to get between me to cut me off while my light WAS GREEN was absolutely unnecessary, aggressive and showed a level of driving in a professional vehicle I've never witnessed. I had to back up just so he wouldn't hit my car. I use CenturyLink link but this was a display that I am going to be switching services due to. Horrible.
The worst customer service I have ever interacted with. Don't give them a card you aren't willing to cancel, they make it almost impossible to cancel and keep charging you even after saying service has been terminated.
