Artec Automotive redefined for me what excellent customer service means. To give you an idea of just how honest these wonderful individuals are, I will share a short story. I used to drive a 2012 Mercedes Benz C250, which had more than 169,000 miles on it at the time. After I got a check engine light, Artec Automotive determined that the issue would cost at least $2,500 to repair. Instead of encouraging me to do the repair, I was advised to avoid the repair, given the car was getting up there in miles and may have required m... read more
