I also experienced a lot of cracking. The company doesn’t really care about the quality of its products. I have a contractor friend that also has a similar experience. It sounds like they are a new company that hasn’t really figured out their product...
Would give this a lower score if I could. Flooring has been installed less than a month and already has a million cracks everywhere.It was installed correctly. The company refuses to do anything about the cracks.
