I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Elham Tayefi’s office. It’s frustrating to feel like I was not given the transparency I expected as a patient. I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience.

I had one of the worst experiences with Dr. Elham Tayefi. After getting my treatment done, everything fell apart within a few months. My teeth shifted, the work opened up, and the results looked completely unprofessional. When I went back to her, instead of taking responsibility, she told me I only had a six-month “warranty” and that I had to pay again if I wanted it fixed. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Elham Tayefi for both my daughter and myself. For my daughter, we started with braces and then switched to Invisalign, which cost us a significant amount of money. Midway through the treatment, she abruptly told us she wouldn’t finish the job and that we’d have to find another dentist to complete it. I ordered two night guards and specifically emphasized that they should be made as thin as possible. What I received instead was one very thick guard and another about half as thick. When I brought them to Dr. Tayefi, she initially didn’t even examine them. After I pointed out that they were unusable, she polished one of them but did nothing with the other.
