You guys gotta smooth out or flatten your speed bumps. Every time I go over one it doesn't just scrape underneath my car. It slams down on my car and I dont even drive a lowrider
If you dont mind your ac not working during the summer months , crickets in your bathroom and a flood inside your apt whenever it rains this is the place for you. The office dosnt care that your apt floods and mold must not be a concern because they reply with thank you for letting us know and you are on your own so if you move here be sure to purchase your own shop vac , bug spray and know that maintenance is only there to collect a paycheck and not for repairs. I can't believe I didn't write a review. We've lived here almost 4 years. We have not had one single issue. The staff are very professional, the apartments are beautiful, and it's been a wonderful experience!! We've never had a problem with the neighbors or getting things fixed on time. Yesterday, our air wasn't working very well and maintenance came after hours and not only fixed it, but explained what was wrong with it!! apartment floods with like an inch of water everytime it rains, and they responded by raising our rent☠️, MASSIVE gaps in between the wall and the floor so crickets literally come in through the walls, they come in through the drains, I saw a scorpion for literally the first time ever in my life in the bathroom.
