I don't know why they advertise on Facebook when their customer service is so horrendous. They complain about being understaffed -- then stop running ads if you can't take the workload. This was by far the worst transaction in our professional experience as aircraft owners in the last 27 years. My business partner and I got thoroughly taken, you might want to listen to our advice. I can only strongly advise you to stay away from this business, or get ready to employ legal help and try and correct shoddy work, damage and schedule slips that are beyond bearable.
