The whole experience with Artcraft n Leanndra was great Placed my order June 13 by Oct 28 my headstone was on the gravesite. It's just what I wanted. I'm sooo pleased with Artcraft. Leanndra was very helpful and kind. Thanks Artcraft n Leanndra
Artcraft Memorials was very disappointing to do business with. I paid for my mom's headstone in full at the time of placing the order somehow, my order was placed in the partial payment pile so her headstone was not ordered after some time passed by I called to see how long the process usually takes they realized her headstone was paid for in full. Finally placing her headstone at the gravesite the vases for the headstone were missing after multiple calls & months later the vases were added but NOT what I ordered or paid for... read more
I'm very upset with this place I live out of state was ask to use this place by my family for my fathers headstone & they messed up my fathers headstone ugh I'm so upset like really hurt. I was told I would get a phone call back nobody called. I'm so upset I will make a trip jus to get it fix I'm not playing about my fathers headstone at all
