Really poor Manager. I ordered a mounted print and received two messages, confirming my order. I also had dealt with a pleasant customer service rep who helped with some problems on the website. I explained to the customer rep as we were working through the issues why my billing address was different than the shipping address. (I was having this item sent to my daughter.) Order has yet to arrive almost a month later. Sent ‘overnight’ on the 26th to arrive on the 1/2. That’s not overnight. Horrible customer service...they will lie to get you off phone and not deal with the problem. DO NOT buy from this rip off of a company. So disappointed :(
