Rude receptionist
My family and I recently moved to the area and visited this medical centre on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, each visit was consistently disappointing. All three appointments ran significantly late, with delays ranging from 20 to 45 minutes. This is also the first medical centre I’ve encountered that charges a fee for a child under two years old. I found this medical centre after seeing a travel doctor for a post trip to Bali. I couldnt thank Dr. Penny Sutton enough for her compassion, knowledge and ease in what was a very stressful situation. I’d highly recommend this clinic and Dr Sutton for any travel related issues!!
My experience with Artarmon Medical Centre has been excellent. I was quickly and accurately diagnosed, with lab results returned promptly.
