Total rip off, went in for a pink slip initial quote $900, then said it’s ready to pick up and quoted $1125, then charged me $1700 without even mentioning the change. Also parked my car like four blocks away from the shop, which I was unaware of and made a big deal about me leaving it there for a couple of days when I picked it up. Then the battery was dead. So unprofessional and dodgy, will not be taking my car back.
Paul and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond to help diagnose an issue with my car, with very short notice. They are super accommodating, professional, and completely transparent. Will not look anywhere else in future. Cannot thank them enough.
Honest pricing, great customer service and good mechanical work. Will be back! A+
