Faultless experience and great customer service. Just had a major service on my 1998 Nissan GQ Patrol Ute and it’s great to deal with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Just got the Ute back and it’s driving the best it’s ever driven. I can see why they’re always booked out. I won’t be going anywhere else to get the Ute serviced! Thanks Chris, Eddie, Donna and the team.
Eddie and Donna are fantastic, fitted me in in their busy schedule and did such a good job fitting an inverter. I cant recommend them enough
Eddie and the team are fantastic and know their 4x4 inside out. I had my Pajero serviced for an intake manifold clean, valve adjustment and timing chain guide replacement. Work was fantastic and I'll be coming back to Artarmon Automotive in the future. Because they are so good, you might need to book weeks/months in advance to get a spot in their workshop. Plan ahead and book in!
Just a rip off and poor customer service I believe, worst mechanic shop I've ever visited
Heads up, I would not recommend this place! 👎 I visited for a pink slip safety check to renew my registration. Even before the inspection began, the strong focus on possible extra repair costs gave me the impression that additional work might be pushed. During my visit, I found the receptionist and mechanic to be rude and aggressive in their communication.
