Great value, but you get what you pay for. Artane built a home for us. Within a year, our windows started cracking. We had to replace 5 windows in the first 3 years. The only assistance they provided was the number to the window dealer, and even that took several phone calls. Next, our kitchen flooded. The shower liner on the 2nd floor wasn't installed correctly.
